At your disposition
You will rent the whole 7 accommodations that include :
- ~ 350 m2,
- up to 30 beds,
- 7 independent accommodations with bathroom, entrance and private terrace in each of them.

- Nice playground for young and less young : zipline of 40m, trampoline, swings, slide, table tennis, slack-line, pétanque, molky , badminton, soccer goals …)
- access to the sauna & jacuzzi (heated at 37°C)
- a full equipped kitchen : fridge-freezer XXL, rotating heat hoven, 2 micro-waves, 6 gas plates, dishwasher, dishes, cooking tools and many storages. washing-machine/drying-machine, expresso machine, kettle…
Included services
The personnalized rate, that we will give you on request, includes the following services :
- Bed linen
- Towels (2 per person: bath & spa)
- Bathrobe and for adults (to access outdoor facilities)

- access to the swimming-pool (from June till September)
- Heating included (up to 19-20° in all areas; extra fees if you need higher temperatures)

The bakery is located 2.5 km away in the village. The pastries are excellent!
Intermarché of Montoire sur le Loir 10 km away. You will find everything you need (butcher, charcuterie, cheese dairy, fishmonger, bakery, etc.). Also open on Sunday mornings.
Pizza truck in the village every Friday until 8:30 p.m.
Tobacco bar in the village.
Local market on Saturday mornings on the main square of Montoire sur le Loir.

Booking & cancellation policy
All reservations are subject to a confirmation email, the signing of a contract and the payment of a deposit.
Covid 19: If government restrictions do not allow you to complete your stay then you will be fully refunded even in the event of a very last minute cancellation. For any other reason, our standard cancellation conditions apply (provided in the contract).
