Would you like to make a reservation and to know our available dates ?

Minimum 2-night stay during the whole year // 3-night stay on ‘long’ French week-ends // minimum 7-night stay during July and August
Once availability has been confirmed by email, to secure the booking, you will be asked a 50% deposit (of the total stay) by credit card (visa or mastercard only) or 80% by bank transfer. We do not accept French ‘chèque’ as a means of payment.

Special policy during Covid-19 Coronavirus !

For all stays booked from May 1, 2020 :
If government restrictions do not allow you to come, then you will be fully refunded of the 30% or 50% deposit, even at the very last minute. For all other reason, our regular conditions will apply.
Regular conditions
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before arrival date, no fee will be charged except the 50 €
If cancelled or modified between 29 till 8 days before arrival date, 50% of the total stay will be charged
If cancelled or modified within the last 7 days of the arrival date, 80% of the total stay will be charged
In case of “no show”, 100% will be charged
For very high season (from June 15 till September 15), special conditions in case of modification or cancellation:
- up to 90 days before arrival, no fees except the 50 €
- from 30 to 90 days before arrival, penalty fees of 30%
- from 15 to 29 days before arrival, penalty fees of 50%
- Less than 15 days before arrival, penalty fees of 80%
- In case of “no show”, 100% will be charged
PRIVATIZE – special conditions :
- For any privatization of the structure, you have a withdrawal period of 7 days from the payment of your deposit.
- up to 120 days before arrival, 100€ fee.
- from 120 to 90 days before arrival, penalty fees of 20%
- from 89 to 30 days before arrival, penalty fees of 50%
- Less than 30 days before arrival, penalty fees of 80%
