Booking policy

• Compulsory e-mail for any booking on info@lacavemargot.fr
• Minimum 2-night stay during the whole year // 3-night stay on ‘long’ French week-ends //  minimum 7-night stay during July and August from Saturday to Saturday
• Bookings are only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

Cancellation

PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS Bookings

• more than 180 days before arrival date, no fee will be charged except 70 € as management fees
• between 180 and 90 days before arrival date, 40% of the total stay will be charged
• between 89 and 30 days before arrival date, 70% of the total stay will be charged
• within the last 30 days of the arrival date, 90% of the total stay will be charged
• in case of “no show”, 100% will be charged

GROUPS Bookings

• more than 240 days before arrival date, no fee will be charged except 300 € as management fees
• between 240 and 180 days before arrival date, 40% of the total stay will be charged
• less than 180 days before arrival date, 80% of the total stay will be charged
• in case of “no show”, 100% will be charged
