7. Bookings
All reservations and availability requests must be made by e-mail only.
Minimum 2-night stays all year // minimum 3-night stays on bank holiday weekends // stays by
week from Saturday to Saturday in July and August.
Individual bookings are only valid after receipt of the required deposit
Group bookings are only valid after signature of the rental contract and payment of the required deposit.

8. Cancellation policy

Cancellation of INDIVIDUAL RENTALS
more than 180 days prior to arrival: no charge except for a €70 handling fee.
from 180 to 90 days before arrival date: 40% of the stay is charged
from 89 to 30 days before arrival date: 70% of the stay is charged
less than 30 days before arrival date: 90% of the stay is charged
in case of no show, 100% of the stay is charged

Cancellation of GROUP RENTALS
more than 240 days before arrival date : no charge except €300 handling fee
240 to 180 days prior to arrival date: 40% of stay charged
less than 180 days prior to arrival date: 80% of stay charged
in case of no-show, 100% of stay charged
